At Honey Bees, we are proud to be recognised by Ofsted as a provider that meets all required standards — but we believe we’re delivering something even more special. This is the new outstanding. Ofsted has recently updated its inspection framework, and what was previously graded as "Outstanding" is now recognised under the "Met" judgement.

We are committed to creating an exciting and stimulating environment for every child and family we support. Our team continuously evaluates and improves our provision to ensure that children are happy, confident, and always feel safe.

Honey Bees offers high-quality wraparound care from 7:30am to 6:00pm in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. We work closely with Prendergast Primary School to ensure a consistent, supportive experience for all children.

Breakfast Club Starts at 7:30am with a variety of healthy options including cereal, toast, seasonal treats, and milk or water. Please arrive by 8:10am if your child will be having breakfast. Children enjoy activities that prepare them for the school day.

At After School Club children are registered in the school hall and enjoy a healthy, homemade snack. After snack time, they are free to choose from a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, including sports, creative play, and adult-led focus sessions. During the spring and summer terms, we take full advantage of outdoor play, following the OPAL structure. We also celebrate seasonal highlights, such as our much-loved Honey Bees Annual Water Day.

From September 2025, Honey Bees After School Club, in collaboration with Prendergast Primary, will guarantee a place for all Reception children. While wraparound care is currently full, we do have a waiting list.
